Daniela Menzky

Director

Daniela has over 20 years of international and diverse industry sector experience in corporate blue chip organisations such as Kodak, Avon Products and HAVI Logistics. She held a number of senior Human Resources & Organisational Strategy roles before moving into General Management as a Managing Director and Global Senior Vice President for HAVI Logistics, the world’s largest privately owned food service logistics company.

Following a successful career in global corporations, she became a Director of Waterbridge Capital and has since been focusing on medium and small size organisations, developing and implementing their growth plans. Her key expertise lies in managing successful business turn-arounds and working in high growth industries, as well as leading transformational organisational change.

With her passion for social change through entrepreneurship in emerging markets, and Africa in particular, she served on the Board of FINCA UK, a global charitable microfinance organisation. 

She is also a member and keen supporter of various entrepreneurial networks such as InvestSouth, an organisation set up to mentor, invest, and help grow early stage companies on the South Coast, UK, and of Tech London Advocates, a private sector led coalition of expert individuals from the tech sector and broader community who have committed to championing London’s potential as a world-class hub for tech and digital businesses.

Daniela, a native German, has lived and worked in the US, France and the United Kingdom. She now lives and works in London. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Hannover University, Germany.
